There are days that seem hard to choose yourself, especially if it feels burdensome and the darkness consumes our whole system. Sometimes, we’re overpowered by our demons; the quiet killing thoughts that make us feel like we’re in deep slumber and living in a nightmare. During those days, it’s hard to calm down our clouded minds, and what’s most difficult is to choose ourselves. Because life feels like a flowing river, everyone is drifting away to their dreams while we’re stuck in a rock in the middle of nowhere. There will begin the uprising of pressure to be free.
Despite those circumstances, I hope you’ll be reminded that don’t do it for everyone; do it for you. In every hardship and battle, you have yourself as your companion to uplift and give motivation that everything is temporary; a momentary that’s part of your calling, purpose, and fate you’re meant to achieve. Afford to choose yourself, because if not, it’ll be expensive. Even if you lost a lot in life — don’t lose you. Go beyond horizons even if you have to do it alone.
